These training sessions are co-ed.

Additionally, private sessions are available with flexible hours.

(September 7-28 on Saturdays from 9am-11am)

Location: Harlem and Joliet Road, Lyons, IL (Ottawa Trail Woods North- Grove 3)

Price: $40

*Each new child must pay a registration fee of $10.
